Home With Hope
Our mission is to provide a pathway to recovery through structured living and transitional services for alcoholics and drug addicts
Home with Hope, Inc., located in Lafayette, IN, is the only facility of its kind in this area that provides a continuum of care, often following primary treatment or detox for alcoholism and other drug addictions, for men and women age 18 and older. We help our clients learn to live their lives as acceptable members of their communities, free from addiction and substance abuse, by providing an environment that is conducive to recovery. We provide strict monitoring and structure, case management, random drug and alcohol screening, and the opportunity to seek employment and work in the community. Further, we require daily 12-step meeting attendance, acquiring a 12-step sponsor and a "home group" within 30 days and daily accountability.
The men and women of Home with Hope have a chance to leave the endless cycle of dependency from social services and involvement in the legal and corrections systems. They can be reunited with their families and children and become dependable employees. But most importantly, addicts/alcoholics in recovery can regain control over their own lives and futures.
There is no "magic pill" to instantly cure alcohol and drug addictions. Recovery is a lifelong and difficult process that requires personal determination and support from family, friends, and the community. The Home with Hope offers a safe and structured environment for clients to start this journey towards recovery.
